Gravely Donation at Grow 2018 Raises $11,200 for NALP’s Industry Growth Initiative
Gravely recently attended and sponsored Marty Grunder's GROW conference for landscape professionals, where the company donated a Lambeau Field prize package worth $2,500 for the conference's live auction. Proceeds from the live auction benefited the National Association of Landscape Professionals' Industry Growth Initiative.
NALP's Industry Growth Initiative, powered by the NALP Foundation, is leading efforts to grow the industry and its workforce. IGI is shining a favorable spotlight on the industry so potential customers value and demand the work done by industry professionals, talented individuals seek rewarding and lucrative careers in our industry, and elected officials understand the benefits offered by healthy lawns and landscapes as they consider ordinances, laws, and codes.
The prize package that Gravely donated consisted of the following: two tickets to a 2018 Packers game with seats in the AriensCo. private box, a two night stay at the Copper Leaf Boutique Hotel & Spa, a tailgating experience before the game, plant tours at the AriensCo. corporate headquarters in Brillion and lunch with AriensCo. executives. All meals are provided as part of the package, as well as onsite transportation.
The winners were Josh Springer of Property Pros Management LLC, and Randal Wren of Terra Environmental Services LLC. The total amount raised for the package was $11,200.
