About Us
Sawtooth Wood Products was founded by Bob Parker in 1978. What began as a log supply and log fencing company was soon transformed into a log home builder, providing the highest quality handcrafted logs. The company, under the name Sun Valley Log Homes, built numerous residential and commercial log buildings in Idaho and throughout northwest. The company also began acquiring Outdoor Power Equipment dealerships, and became the premier provider for chainsaws, lawnmowers and snowblowers in Sun Valley. Sam Keeter purchased the company in 2017, and maintains the core values and skills within the company. As the post and pole yard in our mountain community, we have the privilege of providing all things log, both big and small, and operating an Outdoor Power Equipment dealership selling market leading brands of the small engine categories.
